EPBS understands there are circumstances which may lead to a player being unable to play after registering for our program.  Although we can appreciate circumstances that change, due to registration expenses we pay service providers, we are unable to issue a 100% refund of registration fees to any player. 

In the event a player elects to withdraw from the program, refunds will be provided as follows:

Player withdrawal prior to team selection - 90 % of registration fee less a $10 administrative/service fee.  

Player withdrawal after uniforms are ordered - 80% of registration fee less uniform cost & a $10 administrative/service fee.  

Player withdrawal after start of season – NO REFUND.

Refund(s) for player withdrawal due to unforeseen circumstances (injury, moving) will be considered by the EPBS Board on an individual basis.
